Lifework is a dynamic community of leaders spanning every sphere of influence throughout South Florida. We bridge vocational, denominational, and racial lines to foster transformation in individuals, companies, churches, and communities. Our mission is rooted in promoting flourishing – both personally and collectively – in alignment with God’s design, creating opportunities for leaders to explore and implement principles that are both “good for business” and essential for personal growth.
Our impact is profound and growing. From humble beginnings with 153 leaders in Orlando, Lifework has expanded into a global community of nearly 5,000 leaders across multiple continents. Our presence extends from Miami to Mumbai, with new chapters preparing to launch in Auckland, Amsterdam, Dallas, and Johannesburg. This growth reflects the universal need for meaningful leadership development and faith integration in professional life.
The need for Lifework has never been more critical. With 85% of American workers reporting unhappiness in their workplaces and 72% of Christian professionals struggling to integrate their faith with their work (according to Gallup and Barna studies), we recognize that most people aren’t finding fulfillment in the place where they spend the majority of their waking hours. Lifework exists to bridge this gap, equipping professionals to meaningfully integrate their faith in Jesus with their businesses and everyday lives.
